I’m Ashu Garg, a General Partner at Foundation Capital, where I lead the firm’s enterprise practice.

B2BaCEO is my monthly newsletter and podcast about the B2B founder’s journey. In each edition, I offer my insights on pressing topics in B2B software and the enterprise landscape. On the podcast, I speak with prominent CEOs and founders about what it takes to build a company of scale and become a leader in the enterprise. To date, we’ve funded 9 unicorns and achieved a 76% graduation rate to Series A. Since 2010, we’ve championed AI-first startups, which now make up two-thirds of our portfolio. Our core thesis is that every company in the world is a software company, every business will be in the data business, and AI will eventually eat all software.
